To create an account, click the "Get Started" button on our homepage or pricing page. You'll be prompted to sign up using your email address. After verification, you can start using RouterMe immediately with our free trial.

During the free trial, you can create up to 6 routes per day and access all basic features. This gives you a full month to experience RouterMe's capabilities before deciding on a paid plan.

You can import addresses by going to the Addresses page and clicking "Import Addresses". You can upload a CSV file with addresses, or manually add them one by one. The system will automatically geocode addresses to get accurate coordinates.

RouterMe uses advanced algorithms to analyze all your delivery stops and calculate the most efficient route. Our AI considers factors like distance, traffic patterns, delivery windows, and fuel efficiency to create optimal routes that save you time and money.

Yes! After creating an optimized route, you can manually reorder stops by dragging and dropping them in the route list. The system will automatically recalculate distances and ETAs based on your changes.

When you start a route, RouterMe will track your location using GPS. You can view your progress on the map and see real-time updates for each stop. Mark stops as completed to track your delivery status.

If an address can't be found, try using the full address including city, state, and ZIP code. You can also manually adjust the coordinates by editing the address. If the issue persists, contact our support team.

Make sure all addresses have valid coordinates. If addresses are missing location data, the optimization may not work correctly. Try re-geocoding addresses or manually adding coordinates. Clear your browser cache if issues persist.

If you're having trouble accessing your account, try resetting your password. Make sure you're using the correct email address. If you continue to have issues, contact our support team for assistance.
